Yes. We welcome patients who dont have insurance or are out of network and offer transparent self-pay pricing:
New patient visit: $250 with membership
Follow-up visit: $150 with membership
Yes. Optima Kidney Care offers telemedicine appointments for eligible patients across Oregon and Washington, including Bend and Central Oregon.
In many cases, yes. CKD can often be effectively monitored and managed through telemedicine with careful review of labs, medications, and a personalized follow-up plan.

No. You do not need to enroll in the membership before your first visit. New patients are welcome to schedule an initial consultation, which is billed through insurance like a traditional specialist appointment.
